Andrea was born and raised in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Sandy, Utah. She attended BYU and BYU-Hawaii for her undergraduate, receiving a B.S. in Exercise Science. She graduated from the University of Utah in 2010 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
She was introduced to the beauty of Alaska during an internship in 2008 and decided to make Alaska her home upon graduation. She enjoys treating all orthopedic injuries, with a special interest in women’s health and peripartum care, post concussion syndrome, and cognitive therapy for multiple sclerosis. Andrea believes every patient is unique, and uses a wide variety of manual therapy and therapeutic exercise techniques to achieve optimal outcomes. She is certified in dry needling through ODNS. Andrea is mother to 3 wonderful and active girls and stays busy trying to keep up with them!
