Kira Carver is from Eugene, Oregon and graduated from South Eugene High School. She is attending Oregon State University in the pursuit of a B.S. in Environmental Science with a specialization in Conservation, Natural Resources, and Sustainability, as well as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Certificate.
