Physical Therapy Reviews
"It was a real pleasure receiving my therapy at Arctic PT. At first I was really nervous about how painful it might be and what they might make me do after my knee surgery. But Keith worked with me and calmed my fears from the very first visit. The work was hard, but in the end I was able to get back all the function in my knee. I felt very comfortable at Arctic PT and by the end was even looking forward to my visits." - Dorothy B.
"I was never one of Keith's patients, but I brought my son to him for rehab after an injury outside. He not only took very good care of him, but went above and beyond to find common interests with him and myself and made us feel very comfortable. I was so happy with each visit and the results that after my son was done seeing Mr. Franzen I brought my mother in for physical therapy! I loved all the staff there and would in a heartbeat send someone there for treatment." - Sarah J.
"I started coming the Arctic Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation when it first opened. I will admit I was a little nervous going somewhere I heard no reviews about, but now I am happy I did. Mr. Franzen was very helpful and took extra time to help me return to how I was. Keith and his staff allowed me to come in before they were opened or stay after hours to help fit me in around my work schedule. The atmosphere of the office is great! Everyone is always smiling and ready to help." - Craig B.
"When my doctor sent me to Arctic PT for treatment on my back I wasn't sure what to expect. I had heard horror stories about how painful PT can be and that just wasn't going to work for me. I delayed going in for a couple of weeks, then I called and spoke directly with Keith before deciding to take a chance. He listened to all of my concerns, and discussed how PT in his clinic typically goes. He let me know that he was there to help me and would work with me to help me feel more comfortable. He did all of this before I ever even became a patient. Looking back I wish I hadn't waited so long. Keith helped me learn how to manage my back pain and change some of the ways I was doing things at home. I ended up learning really simple exercises that I still do today. While I know I may have to live with some amount of pain in my back, thanks to Keith I have been able to return to my gardening which I thought I had to give up on for good." - Betty J.
"I had a great experience at Arctic Physical Therapy. The front desk gals always seemed to have a smile on their faces, and were always very helpful when I had questions. They worked hard to help me with my insurance when any problems came up. Doing my therapy with Keith was also always a positive experience. He was easy to talk to and always gave me very good explanations for anything new we were doing. I ask a lot of questions and he answered all of them without ever making me feel like burden. I would definitely recommend my friends and family get their therapy from Keith if the need ever comes. I know I'll be going back when I finally get around to having my other knee done." - Steve H.
"I live 2 hours away from Fairbanks and there is no physical therapy places close to me. So when my doctor recommended I see a PT for my shoulder I didn't know when I would be able to make that happen. Well my doctor called Keith while I was still in her office and was able to get a visit with him before leaving town. He gave me some great ideas on how to manage my shoulder at home and several exercises to do as well. My next trip into town wasn't going to be for 3 weeks so he explained what to expect and how to progress until I could get back in. I probably could have made quicker progress if I could have gotten in more frequently, but being able to do things at home and not have to make that long drive in to Fairbanks helped me a lot." - Bill K.
